Summary:
The Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring memorable guest experiences by assisting in all spa guest service relations and overseeing all spa operations.
:
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Provide overall leadership, maintaining the highest quality of guests' experiences and satisfaction.
:
- Understand the impact of the department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and managing to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
:
- Processing of all spa related invoices:
- Manage, train and hire all spa staff, including managing team member performance.
:
- Train guest services team on spa offerings and spa software:
- Maintain an up to date version of the Spa Procedures manual and ensure compliance at the front desk and reservations.
:
- Support and work with Lead Massage Therapists to maximize sales and therapists' availability.
:
- Anticipate, identify and ensure the guest's needs are being met in the best possible way.
:
- Apply/reinforce the company's policies.
:
- Monitor sales operations in order maximize sales and minimize losses:
- Schedule various services for individuals and groups utilizing the spa reservations software system.
:
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction:
- Manage staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
:
- Maintain a professional relationship with all outside vendors:
- Manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget.
:
- Ensure all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
:
- Work as an active member of the management team; creating professional relationships and active involvement with all hotel operations, including but not limited to; daily, and weekly management meetings, and support to all team members.

- Ensure that all spa related licenses are kept up to date:
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of two years experience managing or supervising Hotel Spa operations:
- Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations:
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs:
Desirable:
- Experience in the luxury hospitality property:
- Proven track record of sales:
- Licensed in Massage therapy or Aesthetics:

- Confidence and ability to perform under pressure:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to to stand for at least 8 hours:
