$19 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
We have experienced administrative team members that provide support to our team of attorneys, and we're looking to add another legal assistant.
This position requires expert knowledge of MAC systems, confidence in communicating on the phone with the legal system, agencies and vendors, current clients and potential clients; working within established policies and procedures; attending weekly staff meetings; drafting legal documents and correspondence; keeping track of client case stages and matters; prepping and processing legal documentation; scanning, photocopying and filing, as well as other typical office type tasks.
