The intended work week will be a 40 hour work week.
There may be times higher and lower than 40 hours per week.
The schedule will include structured/consistent components such as office hours and training shifts.
There will also be parts of the role which have fluctuating/flexible schedules, such as performing BHP services for new clients.
Position
Summary:
The Supervisor/Training Coordinator supports all BHPs in a general area.
They will work closely with the Hiring Manager(s), Assistant Program Manager(s), and Program Managers to train and support new and current BHPs.
Essential Functions:
The main purpose of this position is to oversee and help support both BHPs and current clients.
The general areas of responsibilities will include:
Providing BHP services to clients waiting for services (new and current) Training new BHPs in their client's home on all job requirements Finding fill in BHPs to work with clients as needed Creating resources for BHPs who need them Creating content or coming up with new strategies to increase BHP and client support Effectively communicating through words and actions the Back To Basics expectations and standards.
Perform various administrative tasks for documentation/ data entry Qualifications / Skills:
Outgoing personality Ability to listen to and engage others Good leadership skills Good organization skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Willingness to learn Ability to create new processes Knows how to use technology effectively and efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve High-quality role model on supporting child Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Full Behavioral Health Professional Certification (preferred) 6 months experience as a Behavioral Health Professional or relevant experience (required) Valid Driver's License (required) Valid Car Insurance (required) Ability to transport clients in vehicle (required) Bachelor's Degree (required) Pay & Benefits $19-22/hr 3 weeks PTO Simple IRA - retirement Plan Company cell phone Company laptop Semi-Flexible Schedule - may include weekends/afternoons/evenings.
