EPIC Ambulatory Trainers

Summary Position Summary Responsible for supporting the organizations Epic Ambulatory Clinical and Practice Management application support needs, which includes, but not limited to:
Training of providers, practice staff (clinical and clerical), and administrative office staff:
development and implementation of a quality assurance process to include Practice Outreach; maintaining application functionality within the MaineHealth model system and supporting end user needs by serving as primary Application Support resource.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience preferred.
License/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:
Two years of experience in healthcare related fields preferred.
Previous EHR support and/or training experience with adult learners preferred.
Knowledge of Clinical and Practice Management workflow.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Window Applications, comfort with technology.
Ability to work effectively throughout the organization by establishing effective working relationships with all departments and levels of medical staff, hospital staff and physician practice administration.
Ability to organize, plan and complete projects efficiently and in accordance with quality standards.
Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision making.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbal or written with audiences of varying size and the ability to tailor communication to the target audience.
Ability to travel throughout various locations within the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
The ability to adapt to change.
The staff member will be expected to complete a 6 week training to become Epic Credentialed in role appropriate modules.
Present an Epic lesson to a panel including the Instructional Designer and representative from the SEHR project team.
Recommended Skills Adaptability Clinical Works Confidentiality Decision Making Hardworking And Dedicated Health Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
