A highly qualified candidate will have some receptionist experience and experience working in an insurance office Ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and have a professional appearance Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with all levels of personnel Computer proficient, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Team Player Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask; extremely observant and able to take initiative Must be aware of the accuracy of their work and its impact on the success of the business Responsibilities for the Insurance Front Desk Receptionist:
